What you eat is so important to how you feel and what energy you have it impacts on your level of motivation. Do you want to achieve something, do you aspire to a level of fitness and quality of life? Everyone has a good idea of what they should be eating and an even better idea of what they should be avoiding but it doesn’t always work out. On Wednesday the 26th of November at 8pm the Team in Healthy Workforce Gym in Parsonstown are going to host a free food demonstration where they will go through some simple, effective and thought provoking food preparation ideas to help you to lead a healthier lifestyle.

On the night they will go through what is available in the gym, what services are available and answer any other questions you might have.
